The PIC will launch eToolbox on their website on 19 July. eToolbox is an online resource for plumbers and takes the management of plumber's licences, registrations and inspections into the new age. Consumers will also be able to check licences and registrations online rather than asking a plumber directly for their licence card. Here's a quick overview of what you'll be able to do.

- Buy and lodge Certificates of Compliance
- Update your contact details
- CheckCompliance status
- Book underground drainage inspections
- Book your appointment to have a licensing assessment done
