Why do I have to apply for a rollback within 30 days?

A rollback is a notice to Service Central that the information in the job opportunity was incorrect, and therefore there was no genuine opportunity to quote.

Like any refund policy, Service Central needs to limit the exposure to refunds. Given that as a business you would know whether a job opportunity is incorrect almost immediately, we're certain that 30 days is fair. 

However, if you have a specific rollback request and a real reason why you didn't know if was an incorrect job opportunity sooner, then please let us know by emailing enquiries@servicecentral.com.au with your information.
