What is the Provider Portal? What is the Toolbox?

The Provider Portal and the Toolbox are the same thing.

They are the place that businesses go to find and manage new customers, as well as manage your account with Service Central.

Things you can do in your Toolbox include:

  • Access the Jobs Board to see new jobs posted by customers.
  • View the jobs that you have been notified of.
  • View and respond to Feedback you have received from your customers.
  • Manage the customers that you have spoken to so far.
  • Make quotes.
  • Make invoices.
  • Create and manage your own online website include photos of your business and the work you have undertaken.
  • Update your contact details.
  • View the contact details of your Account Manager from Service Central.
