I live in a double storey town house attached to another townhouse - down the centre where both houses meet, water is dripping into the study upstairs in the centre of the house damaging the ceiling and wall plaster. I think someone needs to get on the roof and use silicon as this happened once before about 3 years ago and a plumber sealed it with silicon.
