Roof vents are being installed at my rental property. Eave vents will need to be installed as well. I need advice as to size of vents, the number required, and a quote for this work. Sections of the guttering need replacing as follows. New gutter for all of North side (approx.15m), and looking at the back of the building (West side) there is approx.2m on the RH side that is rusted.
