The leaking ceiling is a back second story bedroom of our two storey townhouse and is only leaking during heavy rain. We had our gutters replace over 7 years ago, and have had problems with leaking during heavy rain ever since. We have gone back to the installer multiple times, but he has been unable to fix the problem and is very unwilling to help. He has suggested previously that it may be a problem with the overflow.
We would like to organise someone to come out an look at this issue and hopefully get it fixed for good.
We are located in a two storey town house, that has a very high roof. It requires a very large ladder to get onto the roof. We do have rear access via a laneway.
