extension room with flat roof, leaking and whole ceiling (gyprock, one sheet), needs replacing. also, guttering between exisiting dwelling and the flat roof room needs replacing to make waterproof. some down pipe attached to this guttering also need reloacting and replacement. one small area of main dwelling (peaked roof) has a leak and may be tile.
