When it rains, water from the house roof and from the outdoor cover meet in a corner of the roof and the gutter seems unable to cope with the volume of water. Eaves have now cracked and a piece has fallen. Need to repair but also implement solution to stop problem occurring again. I suspect gutters need cleaning too.
