· To prepare and paint the surface rusted flashings to 17 skylights. Two coats will be
required of ormonoid silvershield roof paint.
· To replace two soaker flashings to two rusted sections.
· To replace one 150mm diameter gas cowl as required.
· To clean all roof gutters.
· To replace four rusted downpipes with 100 x 75mm colorbond materials with PVC
inspection openings installed at the base of each downpipe.
· To utilise high pressure jet equipment to clear the stormwater drains. Note we have
allowed up to 4 hours on site for labour and materials to carry out drain clearing.
· Note by carrying out stormwater drain clearing we will be able to determine if the existing
drains are intact and functional.
· Note should any further repairs be required the owners corporation will be notified prior to
proceeding.
