I have a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the dining room downstairs. not sure how the bathroom is leaking we have sealed up the shower base etc. to no avail. now the cornice downstairs has discoloured water mark. not sure what is the problem require someone to explore and look at the problem under the tiles to see if we have any structural damage and require a report for our insurance company with a quote to repair the damage.
