The whirlybird on our second story roof has developed a leak, it's been inspected and we've been told it needs to be re-siliconed. We were also told the 50mm sewer vent nearby needs to be made deck tight to avoid possible future leaks.
We have a hole in one piece of guttering high up on one side, and would also like a check done of all remaining guttering for maintenance reasons.
Finally, would like advice on venting/cooling the roof above the first story of the house. There is a single whirlybird now and limited vents to draw air in.
