This job has two parts: The first is to repair a 30cm long crack in the ceiling of a metal roofed garage. The garage is attached to a two story town house. The crack has caused the paint on the ceiling to bubble up around it. It leaks (few drops) when it rains. We would like to get the leak fixed and have the garage roof checked for further damage.
The second part of the job is a roof inspection of the two story town house attached to the garage. The aim is to find potential problems and plan for any preventive maintenance.
