Repair leaking Colourbond roof & replace portion of metal downpipes

Need to repair leaking 10 year old Colourbond roof in 2 places that I am aware of (there is mould on ceiling). Appears a valley needs replacing, flashing fixing and storm sealant applied. Inspect rest of roof also, clearing any blocked gutters (not sure if there are any). Replace small portion of 2 metal downpipes with PVC (have rusted through at ground level). House is mix of 1 and 2 storey - main leak is on 1st storey roof and other is 2nd storey.
