Plumbing quote ASAP to correct a poorly made balcony roof

Previous biulding has built a balcony roof with insufficient depth in the box gutter. We need a quote by this Friday (10 Aug) to pull up the flashing and sheeting, insert deeper battons to rasie the roof and then re-lay/replace the flashing/sheeting. This is primarily a plumbing job - the only building aspects should be replacing the battons. The quote needs to be provided within the next two days.
