Rotting wood frames which frame the outdoor veranda ceiling leaks during heavy rainfall. The leak starts immediately next to a down pipe gutter that funnels through the ceiling. The plaster boards that make up the ceiling appears minimally affected. However one portion where a light exits from the ceiling also leaks with rain. Approximate size of area affected is 1m by 2.5m. to access, will probably be from roof/tiles from above. The veranda is sheltering a balcony of 2 storeys and is in the front of the house.
The job will need someone with skills in assessing leaks, gutters, roof tops/tiling, plastering.
