We have recently purchased a new renovated property. Above the entry to the front door, there is a flat area of roofing where the water is pooling. We were unaware of this until some of the moisture started leaking through the ceiling above the entry. The area is around 4m2. Adjusting the drainage structure and resealing the ceiling should be sufficient to address the issue. We'd like this address sooner rather than later.
