Replaced with socket on wall (or connector) and the replaced with flexible hose and a stop added.I will use when I install new toilet and vanity. I will have everything removed before you get here. Just the pipe will be there, ready for you to cut back to the wall and replaced with the flexible pipes. Sorry. I am not 100% my pluming acronyms. Happy to pay per hour for your service, but a rough estimate of time would be good. Understand complications can occur.

Oven/stove is a lofra, about 8 years old. The oven is electric, the stove cooktop is gas. The gas is not coming out of the cooktop. Had the gas company inspect that gas pressure at gas mains was... Had the gas company inspect that gas pressure at gas mains was correct. It was. The gas guy who came out reckons its probably the gas regulator at the back of the oven. Which is what i suspect because none of the gas cooktop elements are getting gas.
