The total lenght is around 28 metres. The new pipe would go across the the back lawn area and there is easy access into the back of property via a gate 3 metres wide. There is only a small section of concrete to be removed where it needs to be connected to the the existing stormwater.

I had a my house assessed by a structural engineer because of cracks appearing in my brickwork. After a video inspection of my stormwater and sewerage pipe was done I was advised by that I needed... After a video inspection of my stormwater and sewerage pipe was done I was advised by that I needed my terracotta stormwater replaced as it was cracked in various places. One long section needs replacing from the back of the garage to the to the back corner of the house on the opposite side of the block about 28 metres then connected to the existing pipe running down the side of the house. Instead of ripping up the existing stormwater, which runs under the veranda and concrete, I have been advised that it would be cheaper to put a new pipe across the back lawn area. This will require only a small section of concrete to be removed which will be done by myself.
