We need washers replaced on taps.... we need down pipes checked & from memory one replaced... We need guttering checked & replaced if needed unforunitly the building inspection company would not comment greatly on this, they refered us to a plumber... We would also ask that the plumber that gets our business just check over our plumbing in our new home to ensure every thing is in working order & in good condition. As Settlement is not unitl the 24th September i do not have direct access to the house. However the current vendors are happy to allow trades people through to do quotes for us & any jobs we need done. It just means once you have made contact with my self. i will then put you in contact with our agent to organise times & dates for you to go & quote/complete job for us. Many thanks.
