Flat roofed unit. in the past, sections of the roof have been lifted and damaged, and water leaks into the ceiling during heavy rain. i would like the damaged sections replaced and roof repaired to stop further leaks. leaked in the past and minor works were recommended by roof repair man however this has not solved the problem.
