We are looking to refurb a hair and beauty salon in sw sydney.smallish budget but due to growth, need additional beauty rooms, andn to reconfigure layout which of course involves plumbling, electrical and signage.I am happy to source fixtures and fittings but need someone with a savvy mind.I believe I may be eligible for govt incentives for replacing lights/airconditioning etc.
