Tradie fined $24,000 for non-compliant building works The Victorian Building Commission has just fined a tradesman from Reservoir $24,000. The tradesman had verbally agreed to conduct over $200,000 of work at a home in Reservoir, however he didn't have a licence, didn't have a permit, and didn't have insurance.
