In the home renovations, we are planning to get the below work completed in January 2016. 1) Kitchen renovation, which might include making it open plan by removing the partition. 2) Changing the windows & doors (Double Glaze Glass would be preferred). 3) Bathroom tiles / fittings 4) Assess a plan to extend house to have another family area/lounge 5) Roof Tiles Replacement 6) Rendering 7) Plumbing Check & replace if needed 8) Electrical Check & replace if needed These are the plans we have however we are happy to arrange a inspection with shortlisted vendor before commencing the work.
