I've been reading through a report of all the comments that customers have posted over the years, and I'm blown away with how many happy customers we actually have! Here's a Top 5 of what makes customers appreciate businesses most...
NUMBER 1: Businesses turning up when they promise
NUMBER 2: Taking off work boots at the door (who knew it was so easy to make a great impression? This is a really frequent mention!)
NUMBER 3: Completing the call, quote and job quickly
NUMBER 4: Professionalism, with a special mention about communication being great
NUMBER 5: Giving detailed quotes and breakdowns, and going through the quote verbally
It's worth mentioning the amount of times people mention their satisfaction together with their intention of re-using the business and telling all of their friends and family. It's amazing, and as a consumer myself I think that this instinct comes from wanting to give the company a little bit extra than only the dollars that you pay for the job.
Of course, there are lots of other reasons why businesses are appreciated, but these are the most frequently mentioned. If our collected customer feedback takes the temperature of the industry, then we can be sure that the Service Central customers' feedback has had a really positive impact on the service received from the industry!
I really doubt that the comments are real not fake. Used the service only once and it was a big failure. Not even possible to publish and add unsatisfactory comment as the job was not finished, because on a day they suppose to finish the job, they sent a text message that they not going to do it.
