New Update - Managing Quotes is now even Easier!

Service Central is proud to announce our latest update - a brand new Consumer Portal!

This new Consumer Portal been designed specifically to make managing your Service Central jobs even easier.

We have removed the clutter and simplified every task

Everything you need to find local businesses for your job is now at your fingertips. It's all accessible from the four sections of your portal

1. Dashboard

This gives you a quick summary of your recent Quote Requests, as well as links to businesses that you can provide feedback on. There are also quick links to helpful information such as the Help System and recent articles posted on our Blog.


2. Jobs Posted

This is a list of all of the jobs for which you have Requested Quotes, plus information on each business that has responded to these jobs. From this page you can now:

  • Keep track of which businesses have responded to your jobs

  • View each businesses web profile

  • Give Feedback on each business

  • Add businesses you love as Favourites

You can also click through to the full Job Details page for each job. This page gives you all of the functionality above, as well as the ability to:

  • Attach Files to the job such as photos, plans, spreadsheets and documents that are instantly available to the businesses that have responded to your job.

  • Update your contact details.


3. Favourite Businesses

This is a list of the Businesses you have marked as your Favourites.  This is a handy way to remember all of the businesses that you have loved in the past, and would like to use into the future. Plus, your Favourite businesses are notified first of your future job requests posted through Service Central.

4. Your Account

View and update your account details such as your username and password, contact details and email subscriptions.

Works on any computer, smartphone or tablet

Using the latest in responsive design techniques, the new Consumer Portal automatically resizes to fit every type of computer screen, smartphone (such as iPhones and Android phones) and tablets such as iPads and Android tablets.

So wherever you are, whichever computer you’re using, your new portal will fit to your screen perfectly.
