- Quality
- Price
- Timeliness
- A rating out of 5 Stars, that is then added to each and every other rating to create an overall star rating for each service provider.
The result is a fair, open and transparent feedback system for all.

Unfortunately I don't have positive feedback. The company that accepted my job never called me back. Then I left a message and asked them to call me. Nobody ever called me. This was my first time use of your service and could be the last time.

Daniel called me within a couple of hours of the job being registered, he gave me a time for the following day and arrived on time. His quote was very reasonable and he arrived on time on the day to do my job, fix 5 windows. He ended up doing more while he was up on the second storey. Great job Daniel and a great bloke too. I finally found a tradesman I can trust to be there when they say they will!! I will definitely use him again.

Ryan from Optimum Electrical Queensland did a job at my restaurant. Fixed a light signage with excellent professionalism and was very kind and helpful too. Worked really hard and didn't stop until the job was done. Would very much recommend him and will sure give him a call if needed for the near future. - Imanol
