In a world first, Service Central has launched its new Feedback System specifically designed for the delivery of services.
First, Service Central took the most frustrating aspects of finding a service provider and automated them, by getting the businesses interested in the specific work to call the customer. Now Service Central has removed even more of the frustration! Service Central's new Feedback System tracks the stages of work after the business has accepted a job, when they call, quote and complete work. The Feedback System also gives consumers quick and easy tools to remind businesses to call or quote. Plus, this unique system of tracking the progress of each job also captures the quality of each service provider at the time that matters most - when the job has been done!
The process couldn't be easier!
The Feedback System captures a great deal of detail on each consumer's experience and shares that feedback with other consumers. Information collected and shared includes:
  • Detailed comments on the consumers experiences with the business, on:
    • Quality
    • Price
    • Timeliness
  • A rating out of 5 Stars, that is then added to each and every other rating to create an overall star rating for each service provider.
Service Central also tracks the amount of call and quote reminders sent for each business, and uses this information along with the detailed feedback to help a business improve their operations and provide a better overall service to their customers.

The result is a fair, open and transparent feedback system for all.

  • Unfortunately I don't have positive feedback. The company that accepted my job never called me back. Then I left a message and asked them to call me. Nobody ever called me. This was my first time use of your service and could be the last time.

  • Daniel called me within a couple of hours of the job being registered, he gave me a time for the following day and arrived on time. His quote was very reasonable and he arrived on time on the day to do my job, fix 5 windows. He ended up doing more while he was up on the second storey. Great job Daniel and a great bloke too. I finally found a tradesman I can trust to be there when they say they will!! I will definitely use him again.

    I am extremely happy with his work and would recommend him to any one needing carpentry services.

  • Ryan from Optimum Electrical Queensland did a job at my restaurant. Fixed a light signage with excellent professionalism and was very kind and helpful too.
