“Unfortunately of the 3 tradespeople that you referred on to me only ONE presented me with a written quote. The first guy said that he didn’t take care of permits, but he knew of someone who could. No quote received from him. The 2nd guy has presented us with a quote and the 3rd guy didn’t bother to show for the allotted appointment. Therefore I will be choosing to follow up with people I find from my local newspaper. To complete such a large (and expensive) job I would like 3 quotes so I have a comparison.”
End result – this customer will never come back to Service Central, and your business will never see them again unless you have an ad in her specific local paper. Talk about paying double for a disgruntled customer!
