Bad feedback stops customers calling you!

Service Central web profiles are our registered business's shop fronts - and as such, they should always be clean, tidy, and display the work that you sell. Part of the reason that keeps customers coming back time and time again, is the fact that you can read about a business before parting with your hard earned cash. In these two examples, both business's lost out because their feedback online was poor.

One person says "I never responded to the business primarily due to the fact that the feedback from other customers on the website against them, was that they were generally very expensive, hence I didn’t contact them. I thought it would have been a waste of time."

Another says "Hi, the reviews for this company are so bad. I would be mad to make contact! Please open up this job again so someone else can get in touch!"
