They say a picture's worth a thousand words, so now we're making it easier than ever for consumers to show businesses exactly what work they want done by adding photos to their jobs.
As of today we're allowing users to post any number of photos, documents, spreadsheets or other files to improve the communication between our consumers and certified businesses.
Where do you view and edit the attachments?
Attachments are added after a job is posted and managed via the job details window. Simply open a job and you'll see a new 'attachments' tab at the top. Click the tab to view, upload and manage attachments.
You can easily add or change your attachments as the job progresses, so if for instance you'd like to add progress shots, now you can. Or if a 'problem area' arises, you can quickly take a picture, attach it to the job and make it visible for the service provider to see.
What does this mean for businesses?
Ever wished you could just seewhat the consumer is talking about? Now you can. You can view attachments before you even accept the referral, helping you to pick the work you want and provide a more accurate quote on the job.

Are all attached files public?
No. Any attached documents can be set to either:
You set the privacy level when you initially upload the document, but if you need to you can easily change it afterwards.
