Both head units startup ok, but one doesnt cool. The other head cools ok, but its performance is mediocre. I had a bloke look at it 12 months ago, and I understood from him that one of the two compressors in the outdoor unit may have failed, but I am not sure he checked other options such as control board failure. Running both heads for testing, I noticed one coolant pipe was iceing up where it entered the outdoor unit, the other was at ambient temperature. Fix is not urgent, but I would like to sort this out within the next month. Split airconditioner (cooling only) with 2 heads. Model KF-64G / 2 / 32G Total cooling capacity 6400W
