I have a split level home and the top section has only fly screens. I would like to have security screens made and installed here. I am also unhappy with my downstairs windows, they leak and the glass is scratched and feels very thin, much like secondhand or used windows. The house is approx 30 years old. I would like to be advised on my options on what would be best to do as an all around solution to both problems.
