I need one door and a small 50cm by 50cm window covered by roller shutters. It's to go on an external studio being used as a home theatre, and I need to be able to open and close from both inside (when using the theatre, as this will make it lightproof) and outside (for security when not in use). I'd rather not get locked inside if the motor fails ;)
