Two wind up roller shutter require attention. THe first is fairly straightforward as the winding cable has snapped and needs replacing.
The second is a bit of a mystery. When it rains water gets into the winding box from a leak somewhere and drips out into the plasterboard inside. I have tried and failed to locate and plug where the water gets in, so over to the people who know what they are doing.
