The four existing windows are each fitted with two sliding counter-weighted panes of glass or perspex - these no longer function properly. I would like to get rid of these and have glass fitted to the existing frames to provide the room with more insulation and sound proofing.
Ideally, it would be good if one of the windows could be fitted with a wind-out window for some extra ventilation in summer.
