Remove faulty/damaged ali windows to the following Locations.
1. Bathroom.
2. W/C
3. Bedroom 2
4. Laundry
5. Kitchen
This work to include the careful removal of all associated, brick sills, arcs and
wall tiles.
Manufacture, supply, deliver and install matching new replacement Alu windows
of similar profile, colour and glazing spec.
Reinstate all salvaged arcs, mouldings, wall tiles and brick sills.
Carry out remedial painting works as required and associated with window
replacement.
Acid/Pressure wash all relaid sills.
Clean up all debris from site.
