Motorised external window shutters will not openclose current to motor OK

We have two external large motorised aluminium window shutters covering two large second floor double windows. The shutters are each 2.4 metres high and 3.8 metres long. The switches for the motors are in the apartment and has been checked by an electrician who indicated the power supply was fine, however the louvres have stopped opening/closing. Currently closed. There is no indication of supplier/installer on the louvres at all. We have photos of the shutters and the small rectangular motors( there is no brand on the motor that we can see.
