Modification to two windows so a sliding window can allow airflow in ensuit

1 yr old house 2 storey with Aluminium sliding windows throughout. Above Spa(ensuite on upper floor) are two windows roughly 4' x 4' in size. Both are single pane solid windows.
I would like to change either one or both windows to allow airflow through main bedroom and ensuite.
I can supply a photo of windows that require modification, and plans of house.
I understand there will be rules due to there being a spa under windows - but there needs to be airflow too.
I do not want a permanent open section at the top - it has to be a sliding window either in one or both.
Ideally work to be done late May or June
