Annual window cleaning for apartment block (8 apartments). Windows are on two levels, but two sides are one storey higher due to a carport beneath the building. Windows (and any glass doors/panes) and surrounds to be properly hand cleaned (including removing spider webs) using a ladder (not using a pole). We wish this to be an ongoing annual arrangement.
