I have two north-facing windows which have leaks serious enough to stain furnishings. They are both 2.5m wide x 2m high. I can't tell where the cause of the leaks is, but the water stains are obvious.
It's possible this is more a job for a joiner/carpenter but I suppose you can tell me if that's the case.
