Waterproofing required for balcony
Nina requested 3 quotes from Waterproofing Professionals in Kensington
Water is seeping through balcony floor down to and through garage ceiling. Balcony floor will need to be ripped up (tiled surface) and waterproofed and then resurfaced. Would be interested in alternate surfaces suggested (does not have to be tiles) and accompanying quotes for alternatives. Handrail may need to be removed and reinstalled to facilitate works. Balcony is first floor, approx. 1.9m x 3m. There are also 2 air con units currently on balcony floor. Please include materials, labour, clean up and removal of debris in the quote.

Contacted me promptly after responding but unfortunately was unable to make it across town to inspect and provide quotes at allotted times - perhaps UBS should target jobs posted that are closer to their preferred area rather than those that are too far and difficult to travel to? The end result was that one of 3 responses was ultimately wasted while another builder lost the opportunity to provide a much needed quote.
