We have an federation house. there is sub floor storage. in this room the old footings are visible and there seems to be a purpose built weep hole and dish drain at the base of the footing. with the heavy rain this seemed to pool. it does not seem to drain anywhere apart from into the room which seems odd. we require someone who has knowledge of federation building and who knows how to remedy this problem and check where there could be other potential issues.
