I live in a unit block in which there is leakage from some of the second floor balcony/coutyards through the ceiling to the apartments below. WE have had thermal testing done that suggests silicone and flashing installed where the floor tiles meetthe coutryard wall will fix the problem. I need a quote firstly for one 28 metres square (approx) courtyard and if successful (we will thermal test again) we will need another 7 courtyards done too.
