Water proofing membrane needed for walls around shower, and vanity. Also water proofing membrane needed for floor for a new bathroom on the ground floor of a Potts Point studio appartment. All surfaces are clean and straight, all prep work has been completed. Walls are 3metres high and floor area is 1500mm x 3000mm. Floor is fibro cement fastened to floor boards. Walls are cement rendered brick. A certificate of compliance shall also be needed once work is completed to be forwarded to City of Sydney council and the body corporate of the building. Looking to have the work in the next few days.
