Current tiling has been lifted in order to inspect the extent of the damage caused by cracked tiling on the balcony. new tiling would need to be replaced as few have cracked. the membrane holding the tiles has rotten away and would also need replacing. support beam underneath the tiles has also rotten away half way through. plaster damage in the garage also caused by the water leakage. i would need a quote in order to present my case to my insurance company.
