We have currently put a contract on a house and have been informed by the building and pest inspection about some rising damp on the property. We would like a free quotation on where the rising damp is and how much it would be to rectify the situation. This needs to be completed this week 9-13th Feb to fit in with the time limit on the contract subject to building and pest report. The business would need to contact the real estate agent to gain access and submit the quotation to me asap preferable by email.
