Shower/bathroom is recently renovated however it seems that the screeding has not been done correctly in the shower base prior to tiles being fitted. Water pools in the corner instead of the fall of the tile taking it to the centre drain. The shower base tiles also have some cracks in the grout with water starting to seap through to other areas.
