One bedroom unit bathroom has leaked approx 1 year ago. The shower was sealed using megaseal which seems to have fixed the water issue. However the water has caused the adjoining bedroom wall rendering to flake paint and become furry. There is not a mould issue but i need the render to stop paint flaking permanently so i can re-paint. It has been repainted previously but each time paint comes away. I would also like the work to be warranted and any other potential damage to be assesed. The area is approx 1 x 1m
