Multiple Units has Balcony Door leaking into internal
Sam requested 3 quotes from Waterproofing Professionals in Chatswood
1 or 2 bedroom unit(S) with balcony accessed via a sliding glass door with metal frame leaks during heavy rain causing water to enter under the carpet into the bedroom. I am not sure if this is a door frame issue or a tile and grout issue however the water seepage can be quite substantial. I am looking for a qualifed tradesperson to inspect and repair the defective issues be that grouting, tiling or the door frame. Trade person need to provide company receipt and 5 years warranty and insurance.
