Water seeps through the bathroom floor. Not sure if it is from the shower waste base or through the tiles. The bathroom is tiny and old, but we do not wish to do a major upgrade, only to replace or water proof what's absolutely necessary, e.g. the whole shower recess and regrout the tiles.
